Meet Sarah Pyrda

equine bodyworker & FEI permitted therapist

With 9+ years as an FEI-level show jumping groom and a lifelong relationship with horses, I’ve developed a deep, intuitive understanding of what performance horses need to feel and function at their best.

My passion lies in the subtle, powerful work of helping horses release whats stuck physically, emotionally, and energetically in order to keep them performing at their best. I believe in a whole-horse approach and value collaborative care with your entire team. .

Whether your horse is on the road competing, training at home, or coming back from an injury, I’m here to support their long-term wellness, recovery, and overall balance.

Regular bodywork is an essential part of any sport horse’s care routine. Sessions are designed to be a complimentary addition to solid veterinary and farrier care to keep your athlete feeling and performing at his best.

Each session is tailored to what your horse actually needs that day—not a set routine. Sessions typically last 60-90 minutes. Pricing is all inclusive, using a combination of modalities that will best support your horse. Afterwards, you’ll receive a detailed session report for your records.

Common reasons clients book with me:
  • Movement restrictions or asymmetry
  • Behavioral changes under saddle
  • Pre- or post-show support
  • Chronic tension or compensatory patterns
  • General maintenance and wellness care

Serving clients in Wellington, Florida and the New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts areas.

Additional travel available upon request.

"Sarah has been doing bodywork on my horses for the past year and we have seen great results! She uses stretching and massage techniques in addition to laser to keep the horses feeling their best. The laser in particular has really helped with some back issues in the horses."
